Chemical Dry Vacuum Pumps Range

DP/DPS/EDP Series Chemical Dry Pumps Range

The DP, DPS and EDP series pumps offer a clean and robust pumping solution for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Using a unique, patented non contacting reverse claw mechanism, the DP, DPS EDP series pumps create an oil free vacuum, preventing contamination of the process stream. These pumps are highly tolerant to liquids and particles in the gas stream and are capable of operating from atmosphere to ultimate pressure. In addition, an indirect cooling system prevents chemical reactions within the pump.

The DP utilizes the proven reverse claw mechanism, proven over more than 10 years and 80000 installations worldwide, to provide a clean and robust vacuum solution. The proven and rugged non contacting design includes the ability to control pump body or stator and internal gas temperatures allowing a comprehensive range of solvents, flammables and corrosives to be pumped and systemized variants to address the EU's explosive atmosphere (ATEX) directive for Category (Zone 0) T4 operation.

CD CDX Series Vacuum Pump Range

The CD Chem-Dry™ series pumps offers clean and reliable pumping utilizing a rugged tri-lobed design. Operating between atmosphere and blank-off, the pump allows continuous operation with infrequent maintenance all in one compact, efficient unit. The CD Chem-Dry™ pump is ideally suited to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
