Pressure Boosting Station

The entire pressure boosting station can be delivered fully assembled with all components. The piping system is pressure-tested and all functions have been verified. Only connection of inlet and outlet pipelines, as well as electrical connections, is required on site. This contributes to fast and cost-effective installation work at the job site, requiring minimal manpower.

Pumps and fittings can be supplied in the manufacturer of your choice. Soft-sealing non-return and shut-off valves are used. Pressure pipes and suction pipes are typically made of stainless steel. The piping system is designed and installed to ensure minimal pressure loss.

A bypass connection for piping at the pumps and a water meter can also be installed.

Flexible control equipment can be fitted according to the system’s functional requirements.

The station can also be delivered with acid-resistant sleepers (base supports) and heating cables embedded in the floor structure.
