Rotary Lobe Pumps

Innovative lobe pumps manufactured entirely in AISI 316, assembled together with a cast bearing housing featuring an epoxy-painted protective cover. Removable double tapered roller bearings and high-precision, adjustable gear transmissions with adjustment mechanism.

Oil lubrication and a device for axial shaft alignment are provided. A chamber ensures separation between the rotors and the bearing construction, and also allows adaptation for a balanced, reversible mechanical shaft seal.

ST Version
Standard 3-lobe rotors.
SM Version
3-lobe rotors with increased clearances for high-temperature applications.
HP Version
Designed for pressures up to 20 bar.
PR Version
Rotors and lobes made of soft metal alloy with tight clearances. This increases volumetric efficiency and improves dosing accuracy.
